The mission of the BoKnowsHomes team is to provide all our clients with exceptional service, whether they are buying or selling a home or other real estate property. For our Buyers, we always ensure that we understand what types of properties they are looking for and send regular updates by e-mail as soon as new properties hit the market. If you are from out of the area, we ensure that you are familiar with the different neighbourhoods and the locations of different types of facilities that you are interested in. We will give you a tour of the area to ensure that you are familiar with Kelowna. We will show you all the homes that may be of interest to you. When you make your decision, we will provide you with professional advice, negotiation skills and ensure that all the necessary details are taken care of. Our service doesn't stop with the sale and you can come to us for any information or advice you require at any time.
For Sellers, we provide a "Right Price Market Evaluation" based on market activities in your area and expected market trends. We provide the most aggressive and sophisticated marketing plan in the business to ensure that your property gets the best possible exposure. We monitor all showings of your property and provide you with follow up and updates on all showings. We help you negotiate the nest price for your property and we ensure that all the details of the sale are taken care of professionally. Prior to his real estate career, Bo had an extensive business background, with over 15 years experience as a Sales and Marketing executive with the following companies:

- General Manager, MicroSurvey Software
Bo is able to put this experience to use in assisting his clients, both buying and selling homes. As someone who moved here from Vancouver, he also understands the interests and requirements of others who choose to move to the Okanagan and the concerns and changes they may encounter. This also helps Bo see market trends more globally and assist Sellers in marketing their properties in other areas.
He is also a real estate investor and can assist other investors in locating suitable properties in the Okanagan.
When Bo isn't selling real estate, he can be found skiing, playing golf or visiting the Okanagan's wineries. Anything you would like to know in these areas of interest, Bo will be happy to help you out. “Bo Knows” is more than just a slogan!

Her last name is hard to pronounce, but you won't forget her friendly, attentive service. Sandra is the newest addition to the BoKnowsHomes team and she is also a licensed REALTOR®. Sandra's background includes extensive experience in purchasing and sales, so she has excellent knowledge of sales and marketing, as well as strong negotiating skills. Sandra is also a homeowner and understands all of the things that are important to you when you are selling or buying a home.

Jim McIntyre |
Jim has been a licensed REALTOR® in B.C. since 1988. From 1988 until 2001 when he and his family moved to Kelowna, Jim specialized in “waterfront property” in and around his home base of Lantzville on Vancouver Island.
Having owned small businesses all his adult life, Jim also had a successful commercial real estate business.
Jim brings a professional, knowledgeable “straight talk and common sense” approach to buying or selling real estate.
Jim has been a director of the Nanaimo Child Development Center; is currently on the Executive of BC Special Olympics – Kelowna, and is Head Coach for the Snowshoeing and Soccer, sport programs for BCSO - Kelowna.
Jim speaks many languages: Golf, Motorbike, Photography, Scottish and a spattering of English!

Amanda Westrheim |
Amanda, our Marketing Coordinator extraordinaire, comes from a family of REALTOR®s. She grew up in Kelowna, and has been in the Real Estate industry for a few years now. Amanda grew up in Kelowna, and is a homeowner. She has strong skills in desktop publishing, and marketing design. Amanda puts together our brochures, takes photos, updates our website, manages our advertising, books showings, and follows up with REALTOR®s showing our listings.

Brent Pay |
Brent has recently joined the Bo Knows Home Real Estate Team after a 25 year career in Sales, Marketing and Senior Management with a well known wholesale building material distributor.
Beginning his sales career with Sauder Industries in 1980, Brent quickly progressed through all levels of the business achieving the position of Vice President, U.S. Operations in 1999, where he was based out of Baltimore, MD. During his tenure with Sauder Industries, Brent was directly involved in Sales, Business Acquisitions, Expansions, Operational Start – Ups and Commercial Leasing. Having been involved in countless commercial and residential transactions over the years, Brent brings tremendous business, marketing, sales and hands on experience to the Bo Knows Homes Team.
Brent has a simple philosophy – “take the very best care of the customer and the rest will take care of itself”. He believes that negotiations skills are critical in all business transactions. Our Buyers deserve to buy properties for the best possible overall value and our Sellers deserve to get the top dollar available for their property.
When it comes to recreation, you will see Brent on the golf course [although not likely on the fairway], at the soccer fields and playing street hockey with his children, playing adult softball in a city league and on the ski slopes with his family once the snow flies.
